Hearts and cupids and romance, oh my! Come and fall in love with Newton all over again during the town's second "Night Out" on Thursday, February 7th from 4-8 p.m. Share in the love with this special events theme "Fall In Love with Newton," while falling in love with great deals and must haves for the winter season and beyond! Stop by TraillWorks to pick up your passport. Visit 10 businesses during the evening and leave your passport at a participating merchant. Your passport will enter you to win a gift basket valued at $250. TraillWorks will be hosting artist demos and offering wine and cheese throughout the evening.

Preview our Current Exhibit: EVOLUTION
During Night Out | Opening Reception Saturday, February 23rd, 5 - 8pm

Artists have been coming and going throughout the month working on new pieces for EVOLUTION, our ongoing experimental exhibit. Thursday night is a great opportunity to see four of these artists at work, see their progress, and learn more about their process. Jane Brennan Koeck, Phylis Barfoot, Nancy Virbila, and Martha C. Hall will all be on hand in the studio.

Some of their new works are already hanging, while more will be added to the exhibit at the end of next week. You can see the completed EVOLUTION at our opening reception on Saturday, February 23rd.

Farewell Party & 6th Annual Student Exhibit | Saturday, March 9th

To Celebrate the final exhibit at TraillWorks before Jennie leaves, we are planning one final hoorah to thank you all for your support over the past seven years in Newton. This bash will run in conjunction with the 6th Annual Student Exhibition. Food and drinks will be provided as well as some special treats and last-chance opportunities before Jennie and TraillWorks head out of the county. More details will be forthcoming.

Figure Drawing Sessions Canceled

It's been a good year and TraillWorks has enjoyed offering artists of Sussex County figure drawing opportunities. After much thought, an attempt to build our audience in January and the impending changes at TraillWorks, we've decided to end figure drawing open studios.
