There's Still Room for YOU in my August Workshop! |
|
Dear , I've been working on plans for my weekend workshop, Painting the Texture of Tea, set for August 15 - 17th at the beautiful Peters Valley Craft Center, located in
the Delaware Water Gap National Park. If you're on the fence about taking the workshop, I urge you to take the leap and join me for a weekend of tea and art history, tea sipping (if so inclined), tea painting, and learning how to paint without using solvents.
Plus, I've started working with a new oil manufacturer, M. Graham Oils and they've graciously sent
me samples that I will share with you during the workshop. And, if you choose to stay on campus during the workshop, they hold an instructor's slide show on Friday evening at which I'll be presenting. It's a great opportunity to expand your painting knowledge and spend a weekend enriching yourself!
I hope to see you there! Please don't hesitate to email
me if you have any questions.
Creatively, Jennie

FALL ART LESSONS and WORKSHOPS |
|
ART LESSONS and WORKSHOPS Are in the WORKS
If you weren't aware, I've been teaching again in the Studio on the 3rd Floor of my home in West Orange. I'm in the process of planning a schedule and promotions for the upcoming Fall session. I will have more lesson sessions to choose from since last year, as well as a focused daytime workshop for adults. Stay tuned to your email for a newsletter announcing enrollment or my web site for updates. Something should be arriving in your inbox within the next week!
I would like to congratulate and wish former student, Kyle Reimer, well on his upcoming matriculation at Detroit's College for
Creative Studies. I worked with him over the past two years to develop and finish his portfolio for application to art school. He worked very hard and was rewarded with acceptances at several competitive transportation design programs.
