Meet me in Mountain Lakes on 6/2

I've been accepted into Art at the
Esplanade on June 2nd in Mountain Lakes, NJ. I'll be sharing a booth with the very talented, Jen Rondeau of Stitch, Please. See a sample of her work below. There will be lots of talented artists exhibiting, and I'll be including something new - yoga mats featuring my painting, Cold Season! Debuting with a limited inventory at the show.

This past Thursday night, I joined baker, Erica Leahy, of Three Daughters Baking Co. at Kitchen A La Mode in South Orange. I spent two hours painting LIVE from a cake baked by Erica. We offered giveaways, cake samples, and visitors were able
to see me develop a Wedding Cake Portrait from scratch. I took a video, but my editing skills are not so savvy. I hope to enlist the help of my son to edit it down to a watchable version for sharing with you. Stay tuned, and if you caught me live on Facebook, thanks for watching!
Now's a great time to consider purchasing a Wedding Cake Portrait for an end of year gift - I'm booking several months out at this point. LEARN MORE about commissioning a portrait on WeddingCakePotraits that you or someone you love will savor forever.
My Studio has Gone to the Dogs

I've spend the past three months in my studio dedicated to the creation of several portraits of some very furry subjects. While I'm not yet done with the entire commission, I'm well on my way and getting closer to completion. Here are just a few bites of what's
progressed. And, if you're interested in commissioning a dog portrait, hop over to my commissions page for more info.
I'm very happy to announce that I'm participating in a unique festival dedicated to Optimism and Resiliency - Montclair Bounce. It's a week-long festival taking over the town of Montclair, NJ, aimed at bringing joy,
happiness, creativity, and education with the goal of improving overall well-being. It's co-organized by Montclair YMCA and Toni's Kitchen. You'll be able to visit me on June 6th from 6 - 8pm at Studio Montclair where I'll be demonstrating my TeaScape process, meeting one of the core principals of the festival. There are 6 core principals to the event:
- Connect With Community
- Act With Empathy
- Confront Your Fears
- Learn Something New
- Care For Yourself
- Practice Altruism
