I'm so excited that more inventory has arrived from my printer and today I hopped onto Instagram Live to share the reveal and talk a little bit more about my mats. I even did a high intensity interval training session on my mat for the first time (no I didn't record that) but I did share
a view while in a plank on my mat. If you're not on Instagram - email me - I'll share the video once I'm able.

New Blog Post - On TeaScapes
I began making TeaScapes in early 2018 after returning from a trip out west. While I've been offering the works in exhibits and in my online shop and writing about them, I never officially wrote an artist's statement specific to them until last week. I submitted several TeaScapes to a juried show (which will remain secret until I hear the results) and needed a 1000 character statement. Every show has different requirements, and for this I began with a longer version,
then whittled it down to what's included below.
PS - there's only a short statement thru the link above. I've attached the full statement to this email that gives just a bit more juice to the explanation of the work. Feel free to download and peruse. It's only for subscribers!

I hope you're enjoying the start of the weekend!
I'm playing around with a new email template - did you notice? I've been participating in an art biz mentorship called the Candy Colored Club with Utah artist, Katrina Berg. It's been incredibly enlightening - this past month we spoke all about emails. So, you may notice some changes in the near future - for the better - this being one of them.
Let me know what you think.
