Hi there ,

I hope you're staying healthy, active, and mentally fit. It's a moment to moment challenge for me, but I am doing my best. One of the ways I'm staying mindful is through periodic yoga sessions - in addition to painting, running, meditation, and working in my garden.

I've seen so many posts on social media recently of yoga mat takeovers by kids, pets, and spouses. So many of them are downright adorable. What I've also seen is that the mats are often damaged by pet claws, covered in dog hair, or toddler drool, or simply worn out. I've been so blessed to see several people placing orders - RECLAIMING their mat, and ADDING a new dimension to their yoga practice or exercise routine.
