REVIEWS from RECENT STUDENTS
"Jennie is a very supportive teacher who gives instruction and constructive advice on watercolor techniques; composition; color mixing; brushes and paper; and improving one's painting in small ways that make a huge difference. I am
an amateur painter with a bit of past oil painting experience who decided to take up watercolor. Jennie has smoothed this transition. What is more, after taking one classroom season with her, I am now taking a weekly class on Zoom where she is able to teach effectively. I recommend trying a class!"

"Jennie is a very talented artist and teacher. She encourages creativity and teaches her students how to use artistic techniques to achieve their
goals. I take away something new from every class and it shows in my artwork! I ❤ Jennie!"

Join in either Tuesday nights from 7 - 9pm or Wednesday afternoons from 3:30 -
5:30pm. Students are invited to come to class with goals in mind, materials ready to go, and a willingness to have an open mind. You will learn techniques including: color mixing, color sighting, paint loading, paint application approaches, working with composition, generating ideas, using sketches to help solidify concepts, and more.
In order to build a solid community within the class, I’ve decided to move forward with two tuition options: either the full, 8-week session, or drop ins. I know that by committing to each other and to the practice, you will benefit more. This will help you build valuable relationships and support your watercolor / art making efforts.
WHEN:
Weeknight Class - Tuesdays, 7 - 9pm
Weekday Class - Wednesdays, 3:30 - 5:30pm
STARTING:
Week of October 13th
TUITION OPTIONS:
8 Week session, $230
Drop Ins, $32 / class

PS - I've Updated my Web site with a link to Current Exhibits. I have three new works currently available through the #CandyClubCollective, a virtual small works exhibit of 25 women artists, curated by Utah artist, Katrina Berg. Additionally, I
have three works available through the Montclair Art Museum's virtual Jersey Artist Marketplace (#JamAtMam). Plus, one work is included in an exhibit at the Montclair Art Museum, that you can visit in real life, and is available for purchase through me.
