I'm thrilled to share this quick TraillNotes! I'm usually sending out a minimal monthly newsletter, but this announcement is meaningful to share.
About two years ago, I learned about huge overnight increases in web hosting prices, significant to me as a small business owner. It led me to start inquiring options
and I eventually started a draft of a new website.
Well that happened just before I started a full
time teaching position, and then six months later I had a stroke. Suffice it to say, my ability to work on this project was not possible.
However, two months ago, I began working on the same draft. After speaking to SquareSpace, they arranged a one-month grace period. I moved forward, but with doctors' appointments, artwork projects, and neurofatigue, which extended the work beyond that first month.
Suffice it to say, two months has led me into a very good start, but I had to move my domain name to SquareSpace by Sunday and cancel the original hosting company. It happened in a couple of snaps, with my son's technical help. TraillWorks.com is up! The fresh site is under construction, but hoping you'll get a sense of its direction.
