Hi there ,
Â
It's amazing to review the space between each newsletter. Last time I was in touch, I was heading to Black Mountain, NC for an artists' retreat. That was Memorial Day weekend. It was powerfully transformative - still have yet to fully process it.Â
Â
In the past month, so much has transpired and been revealed in my life. Of course, there was the ending of the school year, but then we whisked our oldest off to camp in the Smoky Mountains, starting with a long weekend away in Asheville and Chimney Rock, NC. We biked and toured the Biltmore Estate; explored rocks, ridges, and rivers in Chimney Rock, and found amazing food. It was joyful, but also exhausting.Â
Â
That exhaustion has a root, beyond the travel - I've been struggling over the past several years (well, probably since my youngest was born in 2013) with low energy, nutrient deficiencies, brain fog, and I hit a wall a few months ago with such extreme fatigue and discomfort that I've really lightened my load, not pushed forward with offering classes and limiting even the artwork I'm producing.Â
Â
Thankfully, I've continued to find the right supports for me and have finally found some answers to my issues and have just started feeling relief for the first time in years. I won't bore you with the diagnoses / details. Ultimately, I've had to change my diet and I'm working with an integrative practitioner to rule out and identify root causes.Â
Â
With that, I'm just starting to feel renewed and more energetic. I'm not healed yet - this is a process - but in line with this transformation I wanted to announce I'm hosting a SUMMER GIVE or SAVE EVENT! I finally have some clarity to roll this out - so read below for the details and the First Dibs opportunity this coming Saturday. I hope you might find something to add to your collection, or maybe begin
one.Â

Creatively,
