             New Student Work

So much new work has been created by TraillWorks' students that we're having a hard time keeping up with sharing it all with you! Many of my students have been working in ceramics and watercolors. Below are a few examples of the works they've done - animal renderings, character development and cartoon creation, and ceramic jewelry and carvings. Here's just a taste below of some of the completions in the past month. But, for a real treat, visit the gallery during March for our annual student show where you'll have a chance to see in person the talent in our students.

Continue to the "Student Work" album to view all their creativity.

        Winter Art Lessons

There's still some space available to sign up for Winter Session art lessons. We have openings in our Thursday 4pm group (Age 7 - 9); there's interest in forming a Friday afternoon lesson for young children (Age 5 - 6); and we're now offering a 9am Saturday adult lesson (we have 3 spots). If any of these interest you, please give us a call!

Jennie always has a strong interest in giving back to the community; whether through volunteering her time in one of many organizations, or in collecting coats for the United Way. Frequently, she has donated a portion of sales from exhibits to a variety of causes. During this exhibit, Jennie will donate 10% of all sales of her work to Memorial Sloan- Kettering Lung Cancer Research in honor of her mother-in-law, Judy Goldberg, who survived lung cancer in 2011! Lung cancer has touched Jennie's life directly twice, through her mother-in-law, and also in the loss of her grandmother, Clarice, to lung cancer in her early 70s. Additionally, she'll be offering her work at special pricing, 10% off.
